What is it? A small gelateria near Wat Pho, run by a founder who trained at a gelato university in Bologna. In 2025, Ghee added a second branch in the KJR55 Building on Soi Silom 7.
Why we love it: This is where the flavours go off script. Coconut matcha, salted pistachio and black tea yuzu sorbet sit alongside Ispahan, which brings lychee, rose and raspberry together in one scoop. The Silom branch is tucked inside an office building, away from the tourist trail, and staff are happy to talk you through the less familiar combinations.
