    Jae Bank’s Emsphere dining room takes Gen-Z village maximalism for a spin: a golden horse overhead, lucky charms, corrugated tin and film posters spoofing chef Wichanu ‘Bank’ Premphak. Its cheeky tagline is ‘Where the somtum is more violent than your ex’. Start with koi goong koi jai, bouncy fresh prawns tossed in a punchy dressing, then follow with fiery tom saep. DJs and live bands turn up on some nights.
