CentralFestival EastVille surprises us with the latest opening of Kaffeine by Kanom, the coffee-shop venture of one of Thailand’s most respected dessert cafes. Set on
the ground floor, Kaffeine’s coffee bar is headed by Aek Hengsritawach, a coffee quality officer and coffee and training specialist from CoffeeWORKS, one of the oldest roasters in the country.
Drip coffee is one of his specialties, made of selected beans from farms in Mae Chan Tai, Jom Thong and Kenya. The “Dirty” cold brew is another curious creation, a mouth-watering drink made of chilled milk topped with hot espresso.
