Literally translated as “the cafe of trainees,” Le Café des Stagiaires works with the concept of hiring trainees who want to learn how to run a restaurant. Part of these their 

job is to serve appetizing fare such as Planchette, a cold cut platter with cheese, foie gra and liver paté, and mince. Delve into the mains for a bigger meal; the rare Spanish dish, tortilla de patatas con chorizo (egg omelette with potatoes and chorizo) is recommended. Take it with a bottle from their selection of some of the finest lagers from all over the world.
