Le Café des Stagiaires

Literally translated as “the cafe of trainees,” Le Café des Stagiaires works with the concept of hiring trainees who want to learn how to run a restaurant. Part of these their 

job is to serve appetizing fare such as Planchette, a cold cut platter with cheese, foie gra and liver paté, and mince.
