This April, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa introduces the Pak Tai Trail menu at their beachfront Luna Lanai Restaurant – already a favourite among tourists and locals for its fresh seafood and the sound of waves crashing close enough to feel it – and this month it's taking diners on a journey through the flavours of southern Thailand.
The south is known for its bold, unapologetic cooking – punchy, spicy and never holding back. The Pak Tai Trail menu leans fully into that reputation with traditional recipes built around fresh local catch. Expect comfort dishes like pla muek tom waan and gaeng leung pla kra pong rak bua – regional cooking that doesn't make it onto menus often enough. The standout is the tiger prawn pad sator – rich, aromatic and the kind of dish that transports you somewhere warmer immediately.
