Time Out says

What it is: On a street best known for its after-dark antics, Molino offers a welcome plot twist: a fantastic Mexican breakfast. Hiding in plain sight on the perpetually buzzing Sukhumvit Soi 11, this cosy spot trades tequila shots for top-notch morning coffee and huevos rancheros, providing a distinctly different start to the day.

Why we love it: We're particularly enamoured with the chilaquiles, a comforting symphony of fried tortillas and cheese, all bathed in a rich, zesty salsa verde and crowned with a fried egg. It’s a dish that feels both authentic and invigorating. The real game-changer, though, is the pistachio horchata – a creamy, nutty concoction so good it'll have you rethinking your morning coffee. And if you fancy starting the day with a bit more kick, their excellent selection of agave spirits is on hand.

Time Out tip: Get there early to enjoy the calm before Soi 11 truly wakes up. And whatever you do, ask for a dash of their house-made hot sauce – it takes the breakfast dishes to another level.
