Located next to Onedee Café, Ong Tong Khao Soi is a humble shophouse serving up northern Thai food with the main focus on—you can guess—khao soi (northern Thai-style egg noodles with curry). The decor is simple and friendly, thanks to the use of natural wood and warm yellow walls. The traditional khao soi kai (Northern-style egg noodles with curry and chicken, B69) is the main highlight, but you should also try the stir-fried khao soi (B79) with chicken, pork, beef or sai oua, a northern-style sausage that delivers bolder flavors. Another menu stand-out is the deep-fried pork with nam prik noom (chili paste, B79).
