Time Out says

An oasis tea lovers in Phra Kanong, The Orange’s Tea is run by a woman who’s married to the art of tea. Sachaya "Som" Cheysombatti reinterprets traditional tea blending, ayurvedic herbs, and the art of coffee- and cocktail-making into what she calls “a twisted tea culture.” Cold brew, nitro and syphon—brewing methods usually applied to coffee—are utilized to create the house’s tea blends and to enhance the entire tea-sipping experience. Hipster Moroccan (B130), for example, reimagines traditional Moroccan-style mint tea. Instead of brewing black tea with mint leaves, Som lets the leaves steep overnight, and serves the drink in a nitro kettle for a frothier, lighter version of mint tea. Glepp Lamduan (B140/pot), one of Som’s signature blends, combines white tea with floral bits for a more fragrant brew. If you want a drink to beat the heat, try the strawberry matcha latte (B140).
