The over-50-year-old restaurant offers a limited list of Thai-Chinese dishes in a casual, open-air setting (with ceiling fans of course!). Thong Kee’s best-selling dishes and stars of the show are muu phad kapi (pork stir-fried with shrimp paste), crispy deep-fried chicken, sweet and sour mee krob (crispy noodle) and stir-fried pork liver with garlic.
