Time Out says
Good news for cheese and cookie fanatics. Hyped Tokyo-born cheese-filled cookie shop—at least for an innumerable amount of Thai tourists visiting the country— Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is finally opening its first Bangkok outpost on the ground floor of Siam Paragon.
Best recognized from its vintage-style smiley cow face logo, the cookie is one of the most popular souvenirs when visiting Japan. The luscious, crispy treat is filled with creamy cheese with intense flavors like Salt & Camembert which comes with the salty note from Guérande salt. Other best-selling choices include the sumptuous cheese cake made from Hokkaido cheese and milk, strawberry milk roll cake and milk ice-cream soft serve in cheese cone.
