Twist Eat & Drink, located on the top floor of Seenspace, serves up tasty Mediterranean-style cuisine. Some dishes are unfamiliar to Thais, but most deserve the stamp of excellence, such as the blueberry beets, sous-vide to perfection and served with rocket salad, and the pan-seared sea bass served with chickpea cassoulet and orange miso.
