Chef Rungthiwa “Fae” Chummongkhon takes diners on a groundbreaking culinary journey that merges the flavors of Thai and Nordic cuisine. Her seven-course dinner features the likes of King Kong crab ith chili milk and herb emulsion, foie gras terrine with orange purée and almond, and slow-cooked lamb with morel mushrooms, potatoes and truffle sauce. Innovative Portuguese restaurant Il Fumo celebrates New Year’s Eve with a seven-course menu that highlights dishes such as bacalhau with extra-virgin olive oil ice cream and coriander, foie gras terrine with smoked eel and preserved figs, and M5 Australian wagyu with spiced baby carrots and black truffles.

Nahm, the award-winning Thai restaurant at COMO Metropolitan, is sending off 2019 with a bang with a multi-course dinner created by Chef Pim Techamuanvivit. Dishes include lobster miang (snack wrapped in leaves), charcoal-grilled wagyu beef with burnt relish, Phuket lobster salad, and river prawns with turmeric. The meal comes with a glass of complementary Champagne, and a traditional Khon dance and puppet show. The celebration moves to the poolside area at 23:30 where DJs will play lively tunes until midnight and beyond.
