Wagyu steak is the star on the menu at Zuma. Imported from Nagasaki, the A4-grade beef is prepared and grilled by head chef Satoshi Onuki, who honed his skills in the kitchens of Zuma Hong Kong and London. Enjoy this great slab of meat with spicy ponzu, freshly grated wasabi and three flavored salts. Or you can just enjoy the steak as it is: perfectly cooked and sans the extra seasoning.
