Hollywood Lashes BKK built its name on VIP lash extensions long before tooth gems entered the picture and once they did, they stuck around for good.

The studio's identity is still very much VIP eyelash extensions first – its Instagram bio leads with exclusive lash extensions, lip tattoos, waxing and lash lifts well before tooth gems get a look in – which makes it a slightly different beast to the four dedicated gem studios above. But the menu is legit: alongside the lash and brow line-up, the studio now lists Hollywood Smile Gems and a 24-carat gold option going by Hollywood Smile 24K Gold. There's even a tooth gem course on offer for anyone keen to learn the craft rather than just wear the results.
