What is it?: It is located within the 800-acre multi-generational lifestyle development called Reignwood Park, roughly 50 kilometres north-east of central Bangkok. The championship 18-hole course opened in late 2025 as an integral part of this self-contained luxury community that includes international schools, luxury residences, country club, shopping mall and much more. Reignwood is currently the owner of Wentworth Golf Club in West London.
Why we like it: There is a pristine nature to the golfing experience at Robinswood, from an opulent clubhouse to well-managed restaurant facilities and a fully functional practice area. It is not perhaps the most challenging of golf courses but what it lacks in difficulty is more than made up for in visual wow-factor as your round progresses. A par 3 nine-hole course adds to the attraction as does the excellent on-course management that ensures a decent pace of play at all times. As the trees and shrubbery bed in, Robinswood will only increase in popularity.
Signature hole: The par 5 18th is a monster from the back but that’s not what makes it stand out. The hole fades gradually to the left with water all the way to the hole, while a light rough along the bank gives some respite. Trees not yet fully developed will eventually force accurate straight play to the green which is well-protected by four imposing bunkers. As you play to the close of your round you cannot help but be impressed by the imposing majesty of the clubhouse.
Time Out tip: There is no hiding the fact that Robinswood can be a bit of an ordeal to reach and return from. A highway to the northeast will get you most of the way but the Lam Lukkha Road can get extremely choked up at busy times. Find a driver who knows the alternative back roads and you may save yourself 30 mins each way on the trip giving you more time to relax and enjoy the fantastic facilities.
