For the first time ever, Bangkok gourmands will get to sample bites from some of the city’s best restaurants under one roof. More than 60 best fine-dining venues in Bangkok, including big names like Iron Chef Table, Savelberg, Osha, Ginza Sushi Ichi, J'aime by Jean-Michel Lorain, Lenzi, Crostini and Lobster & Oyster, gather together to offer their gourmet delectables at affordable prices. Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs, such as Alvin Leung from Bo Innovation in Hong Kong, Curtis Duffy from Grace in Chicago, and Henk Savelberg from Savelberg, will perform cooking demonstrations. The event also features seminars, talks and workshops—all food-related. This three-day food festival kicks off with a special dinner on 1 March (B15,000/person) where each of the seven courses will be meticulously prepared by award-winning chefs from around the world.
