This collaboration brings together two exceptional chefs – chef Vishanu “Bank” Prempuk, the creative force behind Aromkwan, an Asian smokehouse known for its bold, heritage-inspired dishes, and chef Rohit Sharma, the chef-patron of Tapori Bangkok, the home of authentic Indian cuisine. The food is served to share on banana leaves, highlighting the rich culinary heritage of both Asia and India, weaving storytelling into each dish to offer guests a deep connection to their cultural roots.
