Eat French Peking Duck dumplings, then dance with Henry Saiz at Sing Sing Theater

Dinner before dancing gets a new option at Sing Sing Theater, where Steam Room launches on October 28 with Hong Kong’s Man Mo Dim Sum. Chef Nicolas Elalouf serves a Bangkok-specific menu, from French Peking Duck dumplings to Pla Manao with Songkhla Lake seabass, lime, chilli and garlic. There’s also soft-shell crab wonton and a vegetarian ratatouille-inspired bite. Spanish DJ and producer Henry Saiz takes over the decks after dinner, so you can swap bamboo baskets for the dancefloor without changing venues.
