This isn’t just about noodles. It’s about rubbing shoulders with the masters – Chef Jo of Shindo, Chef Shono from Mensho Tokyo, Sakamoto of Menya Itto and Kurihara representing Iroha Ramen – each offering dishes you won’t find anywhere else. Collect five stamps from different stalls and you could win a coveted meal at No Name Noodle. Feeling competitive? The Ramen Kaedama Challenge dares you to eat beyond reason. The prize?
