Orient Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Bangkok

Inspired by the flavors of the Orient, The St. Regis Bangkok has come up with a special Chinese New Year-themed afternoon tea (B1,600). Savory bites include lobster with chili sauce in bao, seared scallops with pumpkin sauce and crispy rice noodles, and Peking duck with hoisin and orange sauce. The sweet set includes mandarin orange cake, mango napoleon, and a cute jin yuan bao (boat-shaped ingot used in ancient China as money) made with chocolate and plum.
