The raucous revelry on Silom Road has been praised as one of the most fun (and extreme) celebrations in Bangkok, and 2023 will be the first year it's returning in full swing. However, authorities haven't yet announced if the road will be blocked for pedestrians like in the past year. You can still splash water on the sidewalks, though.
