Chef Kob of Anakade prepares a three-course menu drawing from regional Thai cooking, each dish carrying its own sense of place without feeling heavy-handed. Between courses, Groovy Doopy rework Isan traditions through a jazz lens, joined by Sunny Rattana and Neung Nuengsaran, creating something familiar yet slightly unexpected.
