Mustard and memories returns for a sixth edition with seven courses inspired by Kolkata’s late-summer home kitchens and recipes passed through generations. A burnt mango welcome drink opens the evening, while the much-loved flambé rosogolla returns. The recipes are gently adapted without losing their stories or familiar flavours, and Alex Zaldua provides the soundtrack. Expect a shared table, a changing menu and every reason to linger.
