The school is run by celebrity chef/emcee Yingsak Chonglertjetsadawong, who has been in the business for more than 30 years. It offers as many as 30 cooking courses ranging from Thai desserts and international cuisine to pastries and beverages. Government-certified vocational courses in food science and nutrition also available.
