Gastronauts Asia and Sukhothai Bangkok gathers together 12 Thai and international female chefs in the inaugural Women in Gastronomy (WIG) Forum to talk about the dynamic world of gastronomy and the challenges female chefs face. Renowned culinary figures such as Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava from Bo.Lan, Nooror Somany Steppe from Blue Elephant, Top Chef Thailand winner Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam, Cristina Bowerman from Glass Hostaria in Italy, and Ana Roš from Hiša Frank in Slovenia are expected to grace the event, which will features speeches, presentations, panel discussions, food tastings and a 12-course luncheon prepared by the chefs.
