Time Out says

This place is perfect for those who want to get their hands dirty (literally). Here you will get to whip up sweet Thai delicacies using all sorts of coconut products, including kanom ko (sugar dumplings with coconut), kanom keemun (rice flour cake with coconut milk) and kanom prapai (glutinous rice balls dipped in coconut milk). The coconut oil produced at the museum is known to have the highest amount of lauric acid when compared to other manufacturers around the world, so don’t forget stock up on coconut oil products when you’re done with the cooking session.
