Mariah Carey’s over-the-top holiday bar is coming to Boston for the first time as part of an eight-city expansion

Halloween isn't even here yet, but Mariah Carey can't wait to return to her holiday spotlight, announcing a huge, nationwide expansion of her holiday bar, including its first-ever Boston location.

Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar opens November 19 at Tuscan Kitchen in the Seaport, bringing festive cocktails, over-the-top holiday décor and plenty of opportunities to channel your inner diva. The limited-time experience is part of a larger seasonal tour that will hit eight cities this year, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, San Diego and London.

Expect a winter wonderland with Mariah-inspired decorations, interactive photo opportunities and holiday cocktails featuring Black Irish, the singer’s own Irish cream liqueur. (Did you know Mariah Carey has her own brand of Irish cream liqueur?!) 

Naturally, the soundtrack will lean into the singer’s holiday hits, including the inescapable 1994 classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” Because if Boston is going to surrender to the Christmas season before Thanksgiving, it might as well do so with a communal singalong. Plus, this will be a chance to hear Carey's other holiday songs, because apparently there are some?

"The holidays are my favorite time of year, and I love finding new ways to share the magic with my fans," Carey said in a statement. "This year, we're making my holiday bars even more fabulous and bringing the celebration to more cities than ever before. Think festive cocktails, wall-to-wall sparkle, and plenty of surprises. I can't wait for everyone to celebrate with us!"

The Boston stop marks the third year of the touring holiday bar, which is expanding its footprint this season and making its first international appearance in London. Produced by Bucket Listers, the experience promises even more holiday spectacle and Mariah-approved glamour this year.

The bar will open at Tuscan Kitchen Seaport, at 64 Seaport Boulevard, on November 19. Ticket details and availability are being updated online, so fans should join the waitlist and follow along on Instagram for announcements.
