With the Good Life Show a matter of days away, the excitement is starting to build for what is the sixth edition of the show, running from 29 to 31 May 2026 at the CTICC 2.
Visitors will have access to 90+ expert talks, chef demos, health & wellness sessions, and more than 250 exhibitors, each of whom will showcase an array of products unique to Africa.
While it is expected to be an action-packed weekend across the board, there are two specific activations you do not want to miss out on - with the one involving your trusted friends who bring you the best of the city... yes, that's us, Time Out Cape Town.
Theatre of Taste
The Theatre of Taste culinary arena is bringing the star power this year (as it does every year).
The likes of Nigerian food-content sensation Tolani Tayo-Osikoya – better-known as Chef T of Diary of a Kitchen Lover fame, 'The Giggling Gourmet' Jenny Morris, South Africa’s farm-to-table movement pioneer Chris Erasmus, nomadic and heritage-based garden-to-plate advocate Chef Constantijn Handiek, and award-winning chef, forager, and sustainability advocate, Gregory Henderson will all be taking to the stage over the weekend.

The Time Out Wild & Stirred Bar and Chill Zone
We are super excited to be involved at this year's Good Life Show, so make sure to come and say "hello", enter our competition, and take a load off while enjoying your cocktail. We also have fridge magnets for you to take home. Just think, your fridge will never have been cooler!
The Wild & Stirred Bar is set to take show attendees on a guided urban foraging journey to explore South African botanicals before crafting a bespoke cocktail with a professional mixologist.
“Mixology Maven” Roxanne Read will headline the beverage section of the show, teaching visitors how to fuse raw aromatics and sustainable ingredients into conscious mixology.
