Weeknights are low-key at this retro dive from the Estelle’s folks, but the rooms fill up by midnight on weekends and stay packed until the 4am closing time (5am on Saturdays). Cheap drinks and less-cheap craft beers abound at all times, hipster tunes rule the jukebox, there’s a dance floor in back lined with mirrors and, if all that doesn’t do it for you, there’s a waterfall—a waterfall—behind the bar.

I've only been to the owl twice but both times I had a blast. The DJ plays great music, from Jay Z to the Spin doctors. typically there is a bit of a way to get your drink order in because its so crowded, but its worth it. Both times I was there my nights turned into amazing dance parties with my friends.
Go on Tuesdays! There's usually a great drink special, and this is essentially locals night. It's much more low-key, but The Owl is always a good time. The space is cool and pretty vast. You can sit at the bar and enjoy a quiet conversation or, on weekends, dance into the wee hours of the morning while the DJ spins records. Really cool place.
