Perennial Virant: Cocktails, wine and small bites a little more your style? Perennial Virant has you covered. The restaurant is offering a daily cocktail special that will rotate out for $10, while craft beer is $5 and glasses of wine are $7. Grab a bite to eat while you're there, with cheaper choices like fried cheese curds and pierogi (both $5) and more lush plates like a Midwestern cheese plate and beef tartare ($15 and $17, respectively).
