Because now it's time to embark on another week and truly embrace the last few days of summer (the 22nd is finally it, folks), and it's hot as hell outside. To get us through the week, we've rounded up a few happy hour specials that'll do us just fine. After all, we're already ready for Friday.
Monday: It's national "Talk Like A Pirate Day," so Cold Storage is celebrating with a treasure hunt. If you find a piece of "buried treasure" in one of the cups of Cold Storage's house-made chips, you'll get a dozen oysters on the house. Not too lucky? The restaurant will also be serving up $1 oysters and $3 draft beers all day long.
Monday–Tuesday: Enjoy an evening on Navy Pier at Chango Loco, from 4pm–close, with half-price sangria and draft beer.
Monday–Thursday: Head out of the office a little early to hit up Forno Rosso's happy hour. From 3–6pm, you'll be able to grab a $10 personal pizza and half-off all craft cocktails, like a Campari orange spritzer.
Monday–Friday: At both locations of Beatrix from 3–6pm, you can get your drinks a tad bit healthier for a measly $7. Grab one of the fresh-squeezed juices like Cucumber Mint Soda or Basil Seed Lemonade with a bit of liquor and enjoy these guilt-free sips.
Monday–Friday: From 4–7pm, head to AceBounce for post-work ping-pong with $5 drink deals and $4 snacks like pepperoni meatball sliders, fried oyster sliders and grilled chicken thigh kebabs.
