The opening of Chicago’s Saved by the Bell pop-up restaurant is just a few weeks away, but until now we’ve been kept in the dark about who will actually be cooking the sitcom-inspired dishes. Today, Eater reported that former Schwa chef de cuisine Brian Fisher will be in charge of the kitchen during the diner’s residency at SFCo (formerly Geek Bar).

According to Eater, Fischer left the Michelin-starred Schwa last December and has been working toward opening his own restaurant. His appointment of chef lends a certain amount of legitimacy to the Saved by the Max pop-up—his renditions of pun-ridden dishes like Mac & Screech and Tori’s Fried Chicken will reportedly use seasonal ingredients.

Reservations at Saved by the Max—which recently extended its run through August—are still available, but walk-in guests will be able to dine during the pop-up’s brunch and late night hours. Until then, you can check out the restaurant's menu and re-watch some classic episodes so that you won’t be left asking, “What is going on here?”
