Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. The Whistler has planned a full night dedicated to everything David Lynch, including cocktails and music, starting Wednesday at 6pm.

We don't have a full menu yet, but the team has unveiled two Twin Peaks–themed cocktails, including the Black Yukon Sucker Punch, named after the drink Judge Sternwood ordered Agent Dale Cooper and Sheriff Harry Truman in season two. It's made with rum and activated charcoal, half black and half blue just like the show, and it might sneak up on you. The other drink tomorrow night is the Double R Diner, named after the diner's damn good coffee and cherry pie with bourbon, cherry, coffee and amaro.

The Chevrons will play David Lynch covers, including the opening to Twin Peaks, so you might have to get your groove on like the Man from Another Place. Scenes from Lynch's movies will play in the background, so if you haven't caught up or haven't seen Blue Velvet, Eraserhead or Mulholland Drive, you have a lot of homework to do tonight.

You could also win tickets to Riot Fest at the Whistler tomorrow when you enter the photo contest using the hashtag #blackyukonsuckerpunch, so don your best Log Lady or Elephant Man costume and get ready for a truly Lynchian night.
