Happy Friday, Chicago! We made it—another week in the books. It's time for two days of relaxation with a drink in hand. We've decided it's a good weekend to hang out on a patio while we still have a chance—and we've totally fallen in love with the one at St. Lou's Assembly. The drinks come from the next door bar, Moneygun, and include a few frozen drinks off the list, too.
We're pretty partial to the Piña Colada—a summery rum drink with a burst of creaminess tempered with an acidic pineapple. It's garnished beautifully with a fun cocktail umbrella and slice of pineapple, making us think that summer just might last forever (we could only hope). So, go on. Sit outside, play some bocce ball and kick back. Monday will be here too soon.
