Chicago’s bikeshare system, Divvy, has rolled out its annual #HOLIDIVVY bike-spotting contest. Fortunate Chicagoans will not only get the chance to ride around on the candy cane-striped cruiser, they'll also have an opportunity to win an annual membership just by glimpsing it (and obtaining photographic evidence).
The city of Chicago announced on Monday that at least five annual memberships (valued at $99) will be awarded as part of a social media photo contest, which asks anyone who spots the holiday-themed bike to snap a picture and share it on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #HOLIDIVVY. Those who do will be entered to win an annual Divvy membership for themselves or someone on their Christmas list.
Divvy launched this year's holiday contest on Monday, so get your smartphones ready and keep an eye out for this festive two-wheeler.
