In need of a festive holiday cocktail or a tiki getaway this Christmas season? A pair of seasonal cocktail pop-ups are coming to Chicago just for you.

After two years of pop-ups in New York City, you’ll get a chance to try drinks from Nico de Soto (of New York’s Mace) when the Miracle Holiday Pop-Up Bar takes over Fox Bar at Soho House. Or you can head to Sippin’ Santa’s Surf Shack at Lost Lake, with drinks from Sam Gauthier of New York's Boilermaker, Lost Lake’s Paul McGee and Shelby Allison, and Jeff “Beachbum” Berry of New Orleans’s Latitude 29.

The Miracle Holiday Pop-Up Bar will be opening Fox Bar on November 25 and Sippin' Santa's Surf Shack will be opening at Lost Lake on December 1 and will both run through December 24, giving you plenty of time to stop by and check out the bars. Each Miracle pop-up bar will feature drinks from De Soto's menu, but also a few of their own—the Chicago-only sippers at Fox Bar will come from Ronnie Higgins and Rob Guevara, whose creations include the Sledbangers Ball, with mescal, ancho-infused vermouth and Campari.

The Miracle Holiday Pop-Up will feature nine cocktails from De Soto (with contributions from other participating bartenders) and a few of the bar’s own—but expect fun glassware. The Sippin’ Santa’s Surf Shack will feature Polynesian cocktails with a holiday twist and a wealth of Santa-themed cups (we’re fans of the highball with a surfing Santa that comes with the Nantucket Sleigh Ride cocktail).
