OpenTable's new feature lets you pick where you want to sit

If you've ever wanted to pick where you get to sit when you make a reservation (the answer is always the bar, right?), OpenTable's new feature will help you do just that. The program is rolling out to four restaurants now in the Chicagoland area (Bistro Bordeaux, Cherry Circle Room, de Quay and O'Toole's in Libertyville), and you'll get to pick where you want to sit based on the restaurant's floor plan when you make a reservation.

While you were always able to make special requests, now when you make a reservation in the iOS app for one of the participating restaurants, you'll really get to pick where you sit.

More than twelve restaurants are looking to roll this feature out soon including the four already mentioned, and hopefully more will come on board. And with summer on the way, we've been told to look out for potential patio reservations at outdoor restaurants in the future. Here's to a summer filled with al fresco dining, free of stress.
