Salero hosts Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner

Chef Ashlee Aubin (Salero) is hosting the Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner on Wednesday, November 4. The dinner is hosted to help fund the James Beard Foundation's scholarship and culinary programs. Along with Aubin, Matt Kerney (Longman & Eagle), Chris Pandel (Balena & The Bristol), Mike Sheerin (Embeya), Paul Virant (Perennial Virant, Vie) and Dana Cree (1871 Dairy) will prepare dishes for the menu.

The six-course meal also includes wine pairings by Christopher Fisher, Salero's wine and service director.

The dinner will be hosted at Salero on November 4 at 6:30pm. Tickets are $175 and can be reserved by calling Salero at 312-466-1000.
