The Onion and A.V. Club announce third annual 26th Annual Comedy Festival

The Onion and A.V. Club's 26th Annual Comedy Festival will return to Chicago in June, bookended by shows at the Civic Opera House featuring Tracy Morgan on June 1 and Sarah Silverman on June 5.

Other headliners for the third annual fest (despite the name) include Michael Che, Chris Gethard, Reggie Watts, Ian Abramson and Jo Firestone at the Hideout, Lincoln Hall and Thalia Hall. On Friday, June 3, the festival hosts guest visits by two long-running, respected Brooklyn comedy shows: Big Terrific, featuring Jenny Slate, Gabe Liedman and Max Silvestri, comes to Thalia; while 2 Dope Queens, with The Daily Show's Jessica Williams and Broad City's Phoebe Robinson, plays two shows at Lincoln Hall.
