Three Dots and a Dash just debuted a lineup of gorgeous new cocktails

Summer means fun and flirty cocktails, including over-the-top twists on tiki drinks. Three Dots and a Dash debuts a new food and cocktail menu today, which is packed with classics, large-format options and modern takes on summer sippers from the minds of Lettuce Entertain You beverage director Julian Cox and Three Dots beverage director Kevin Beary.

Per usual, the menu is filled with fun names, like the large-format Rock Out with Your Conch Out! with demerara and Jamaican rums, pineapple, falernum and absinthe served in a conch shell. Partner R.J. Melman is excited for the menu, too, finding a favorite in the Pandan Painkiller—a collaboration from a pop-up the tiki favorite did with San Francisco's Trick Dog and Paris's Dirty Dick—with rum, coconut, tangerine and pandan.

As for us, we can't wait to take a group out to grab the Bali Bali, with gin, Armagnac, a mix of rums and passionfruit served in a sea urchin with dry ice. Check out a few of the new cocktails below.
