The Fourth of July is still a few weeks away, but that didn't stop LakeShake Festival attendees from busting out their most patriotic duds for the country music bash. Throughout the three-day summer festival, Northerly Island turned into a sea of cowboy hats, flannel shirts and camouflage apparel. If they allowed pickup trucks at the event, we probably would have found some of those, too.
