A lesser band might cancel a tour if its lead singer broke his leg, but not the Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl has been playing shows across the nation from atop a throne fit for a rock star, complete with guitar necks, lights and a cup holder for his beverages. At Wrigley Field, the group curated an all-star lineup of local acts—including Urge Overklill, Naked Raygun and Cheap Trick—before turning in a headlining set. Once Grohl took the throne, the Foos dove into ubiquitous rock anthems like “Everlong” and “Learn to Fly”—an appropriately triumphant soundtrack for a ballpark that currently hosts a winning team. Take a look at photos from the sold-out Chicago stop on the Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways tour.
