We're all looking forward to returning to a galaxy far, far away when Star Wars: The Last Jedi is released in theaters on Thursday, December 14. In fact, if you're as excited as we are, you probably won't be able to sleep after you catch up on the latest adventures of Rey, Finn, BB-8 and Luke Skywalker on opening night.

River North nightclub Disco will welcome Star Wars fans looking for a place to celebrate the premiere by hosting a "Death Star Disco" on December 14, beginning at 11pm. Naturally, attendees are encouraged to come sporting their most dapper Jedi robes and Stormtrooper helmets to participate in a costume contest. DJs LA Jesus and Saam Hagshenas will be behind the decks and you're almost guaranteed to hear the disco remix of the Star Wars theme and the "Cantina Band" song.

A retro, ‘70s-themed nightclub might seem like a strange venue for a Star Wars party, but Disco actually looks like the kind of place that the cast of Star Wars: A New Hope might have hung out at back in 1977. We're hoping that at least one person comes dressed up as George Lucas in a pair of bellbottoms.

Check out footage of Disco's Star Wars-themed dance floor in action below and remember to keep the Last Jedi spoilers to yourself if you decide to show up to this galactic get-down.
