If you love wine, cheese and cured meats, mark your calendar for Friday, September 21, when Eataly opens its doors for an all-access party. Tickets for SeptemberFest go on sale today at noon and have previously sold out quickly. For $78, the one-night-only event allows guests to chow down on unlimited food and drink from the Italian superstore's best counters. And because the party goes from 6pm to midnight, you can grab dinner and a late-night snack in one sitting.

When you need a break from stuffing your face with pizza and pasta, dance to live music, enjoy a hands-on mozzarella-making demonstration and watch as wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano are cracked open. Chicago favorites CH Distillery, Blackbird, BomboBar and Bohemian House will also be onsite serving their food and drink during the event; more restaurants will be added to the lineup in the coming weeks. To get in on the carbo-loading, wine-fueled action, visit Eataly's website today at noon to reserve your ticket.
