Summer festival season is right around the corner, and we've got lineup news on one of the year's biggest events: Riot Fest is returning to Douglass Park from September 16–18 with a laundry list of more than 85 punk rock, emo and hip-hop acts (including a few who had to drop out of last year's edition).

Originally set to play the canceled 2020 edition of the fest, emo rockers My Chemical Romance will finally take to the stage as Friday night headliners, along with previously announced Saturday night headliners The Original Misfits (who will perform their debut album Walk Among Us, which turns 40 this year). And after dropping out of last year's fest, legendary industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails is set to headline on Sunday.

Other highlights include first-time entries to the festival, like indie rockers Yeah Yeah Yeahs, goth rock group Bauhaus and reunited emo band Sunny Day Real Estate, plus first-time appearances from Portugal. The Man Placebo, Yungblud, viral teen rockers The Linda Lindas and more. Plus, catch reunion sets from Yellowcard, Midtown and Chicago-area emo band The Academy Is..., and returning appearances from Ice Cube, Action Bronson, Sleater-Kinney and The Wonder Years.

Tickets for Riot Fest are on sale and available via the fest's website—take a look through the complete lineup below.
