1. Outlaw country singer-songwriter Steve Earle kicks off his winter residency at City Winery with the first of four shows at the venue. Doors open at 6pm and tickets start at $50.

2. The musical sketch comedy show Meat Cute follows a spunky college kid who is grappling with veganism and American capitalism. The Annoyance Theatre hosts this performance which begins at 8pm. Admission is $8 and includes a slice of vegan cake.

3. Now that it's a bit warmer, it's the perfect weather for skating in Millennium Park at the McCormick Tribune Plaza ice rink. Bring your own skates and hit the ice for free, or rent a pair for $12.
