1. Celebrate the Year of the Dog at the Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade with traditional floats, music and dances. It’s free to attend and starts at 1pm.

2. Sample dozens of craft beers under a big-top tent at Frost Fest in Boystown. Today’s session starts at 2pm and admission is $30.

3. Shop vintage goods and antiques at the Randolph Street Market Festival at Plumbers Hall. The market is open from 10am to 5pm and entry is $10 at the door.
