1. Dash by lions, tigers and bears at the annual Run for the Zoo, which hosts a 5K race, a 10K race and an obstacle course for kids in Lincoln Park Zoo. The fun begins bright and early at 7:30am, and registration is $25–$54.

2. Wisconsin singer-songwriter and music festival curator Justin Vernon brings his folk-rock outfit Bon Iver back to Chicago for the first time in nearly seven years. Gates for the Pritzker Pavilion performance open at 5:30pm and tickets are $31–$86.

3. Spend the afternoon drinking cocktails inspired by one of your favorite harmonizing ‘70s rock outfits at the Rookery's Rhiannon: The Fleetwood Mac Pop-Up. Stop by between 2 and 6pm to order color-changing Seven Wonders concoction and have your tarot cards read.
