Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago—the coffee empire's colossal new outpost at 646 N Michigan Ave—is slated to open its doors on Friday, November 15, as first reported by the Chicago Tribune. The 43,000-square-foot space that formerly housed Crate & Barrel will soon become Starbucks's largest location in the world, offering tours, exclusive Chicago-inspired beverages, hard-to-find beans, on-site roasting and a full menu of pizzas, salads and desserts from Starbucks-affiliated Princi.

To appeal to locals, the store will also offer a lineup of curated cocktails developed by notable Chicago bartenders Julia Momose (Oriole, Kumiko), Annie Beebe-Tron (Fat Rice) and Rachel Miller (Community Tavern), according to the Tribune.

Though it's the largest of its kind, the Reserve Roastery isn't a new concept: Starbucks has opened other locations in New York, Seattle, Milan, Tokyo and Shanghai. Unlike your go-to corner Starbucks, these six roasteries are "theatrical, experiential shrines to coffee passion." Guests are invited to sip single-origin coffees, geek out with baristas and end their visit with a specialty cocktail or a pizza.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery will debut on November 15 and will be open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 8am to midnight and Sunday from 8am to 10pm.
