Beloved barbecue spot Uncle John’s closed in 2013 to much sadness. But Ella Hughes, the stepdaughter of Uncle John’s late pit master Mark Sevier, took up the mantle with this spiritual successor. The juicy rib tips and hot links (get the combo, of course) are the move here, topped with sweet-tangy-spicy sauce—just like how dad made it.
